Carolyn Hall and Michael Hall are the principals of CARE and as a brother and sister team have many years experience in
the Wellington property rental market.
The principals of CARE are keenly aware that a person's home or rental portfolio is usually their largest investment.
CARE's principals understand the concern and vulnerability that may be experienced by homeowners and investors on renting
out their properties and leaving them in the hands of a Property Manager. With this in mind, it was decided, when the company
was formed, that CARE would restrict the number of homes managed to a level that the principals could handle personally.
This ensures a hands on approach - the key principle of CARE's residential property management business.
Undue pressure can often be brought to bear on friends or family who are not experienced with the day to day administration of
property management when left with the burden of doing so. A sound knowledge of the complexities of the Residential Tenancy Act
and achieving a good working relationship with Tenancy Services are essential in the property market of today.

tenant is a good tenant. Tenants are able to contact one of the principals seven days a week.

From the start CARE makes the tenants aware of the standards required and the inspections confirm CARE's approach.
Written reports are sent to the owners following inspections.
