MICHAEL HALL - CARE PROPERTY DIRECTOR

Michael has been an owner and director at CARE for the past 21 years, taking over from Margaret Hall on her retirement. He has a history of property management experience having owned, maintained and let property since he was 15.  Michael holds a double major in Valuation and Property Management B.Com(VPM) attained at Lincoln University.

Having travelled the world extensively he has strong communication and people skills required in the culturally diverse rental market of today.

Michael has an established reputation as an efficient property manager due to his belief in his business offering a personal service to owners and tenants.
