URGENT maintenance (LEAKS, NO WATER, NO POWER ETC)
Should be telephoned through to the office immediately on 04 471 0127. We are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please give your name, telephone number, property address and a brief description about the problem and your message will be paged to us immediately. If you have not heard back within 30 minutes please call again as on the odd occasion we may be out of range.
DO NOT email urgent maintenance as emails will not be processed afterhours, weekends or public holidays.
Lock-outs
We do not offer an after hour callouts for lockouts. If however, this happens during office hours you may collect a key from our office but it must be returned within 24 hours. If the lock requires changing you are required to provide us with a new set of keys.
Non urgent maintenance
It is a tenant’s responsibility to report all maintenance to Care as soon as it is noticed. A work order will be issued to an appropriate tradesperson who will then contact you to arrange access. You can request that the tradesperson collect a key from Care if you are unable to meet them at the property.
Maintenance requests that are sent after hours, weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
