SHALE WILLIAMS

Shale started with CARE in February 2011, as Office Administrator/Accounts receivable and payable clerk. Shale now, also manages several properties.

Completed a Residential Tenancies Act (1986) amendments workshop in 2011 and  the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management Level 4 in 2014. Shale has previously completed several courses on customer service, inter-personal communication and negotiation.

Shale has six years experience owning and managing residential property in the UK, enabling her to build a thorough understanding of owner’s needs and priorities and has a sound comprehension of buildings and maintenance requirements.

Shale is assiduous, positive and pragmatic in her approach to life and work. She has a genuine desire to enable the best outcome for all involved parties. Her manner is amiable & attentive with owners, tenants and trades alike. Shale is a true asset to CARE’S team.
